About Noah Hoffman
Noah Hoffman is an Airbnb Expert and Real Estate Investor from Berkeley California.
In 2012 Noah was interested in Real Estate investing but had no money or way to get in. He started managing one studio on Airbnb for a landlord friend of his in Berkeley Ca. Guests started coming and never stopped. He began managing more units for other friends by word of mouth.
Noah drove for uber 60 hours a week in San Francisco, starting at 4:30am for over 2 years and with his self-employment tax returns eventually qualified to buy his first property, a duplex in Richmond California. Then made it a tradition to buy a property with his wife every year.
An important turn of events was when by force of local STR regulations he started managing and investing in out of town and out of state properties which is a main strength now.
Eventually also Noah Started renting apartments and houses to put on Airbnb.
By 2021 He has set up or helped set up 40-50 units, currently managing over 30 units, in Hawaii, California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas and Georgia.
Has booked over $2 million on Airbnb as well as other hosting platforms, has over 1200 reviews.
Most recently has begun buying properties with creative finance, owner finance, subject to, contract for deed, private money. One of his most profitable strategies is converting detached garages into ADU’s (accessory dwelling units)
In 2021, he charges 20% to manage properties for other people but he is more excited about teaching and taught his first 8 week Airbnb course and is preparing to start a new 11 week course in July 2021 helping teach other people to become successful in the Airbnb space.
