Taking In-Person Payments at Event for All Access Memberships

This process can prove to be useful if you want to safeguard from any system errors with members ‘All Access' status and taking payments outside of the sites Stripe payment wall. The following steps will need to be taken after the payment has been taken in person via Square or Cash, etc.

Member/Consumer Side

  1. Sign Up for Community Member Account
    • Verify Account via Email*
  2. Login to Account on Dallas REIG
  3. Go to Investments Tab on Dallas REIG
  4. Sign up for the All Access Account, for payment select offline
  5. Continue, through process. Show Team Member.

1.  Sign Up for Community Member Account

Simple enough. Just instruct them to verify their account via their email. Or ensure they have a community account already.

2.  Login to Account on Dallas REIG

Sign in to the newly verified Dallas REIG account. Or prior activated REIG account, no need to create a new account if you have a community account that is activated/verified.

3.  Go to Investments Tab on Dallas REIG

Navigate to Investments Tab

4.  Sign up for the All Access Account, for payment select offline

Click the All Access member selection, go through the sign up process, while making sure to click the offline payment option.

5.  Continue, through process. Show Team Member.

Finish the sign up process, ensure that all fields are completed until the Thank You message. Make sure team member sees the completed page.


Member/Consumer Side

  1. From REIG Dashboard navigate to Users
  2. Search for User via Email, Phone Number, or Name
  3. Scroll to middle of page and select Transactions
  4. Find most recent transaction,  click pending status
  5. Change pending status to Completed, Save.
  6. Done

1.  From REIG Dashboard navigate to Users

Sroll down to Users.

2.  Search for User via Email, Phone Number, or Name

In the top right section, use the search bar to find the member. Use their name, email, phone number, or whatever other information is available.

Select the username section (email) hyperlink on left side of the screen.

3.  Scroll to middle of page and select Transactions

Select Member's Transactions

4.  Find most recent transaction, click pending status

After finding the transaction in question. Under the status column, click pending hyperlink.

A dropdown window will open.

5.  Change pending status to Completed, Save.

Click ‘Completed' status.

Click Save. Refresh page, confirm the Status has confirmed as Completed.

6.  Done.

That should do the trick. Have the newly appointed All Access Member check if they have access to Premium Tools on the REIG Site.
