I wanted to share with you that I may be partnering up with the bank Cindy referred me to assist in doing multiple or larger deals. You and Cindy should feel good about the work you have put into creating something that is positively impacting the community and helping people to make progress toward their goals. Most of my team has come through relationships I have formed through DREIG. And my first deal last year came from a friend of mine who had just gone through Wholesaling training with Lolita. All that to say that I appreciate your vision and hard work.

I started attending Joe's meetings because I was looking for a better way to run my business. It seems like I had come to a stand still. I didn't want to make costly mistakes. I needed a mentor. Since attending the meetings I have learned so much valuable information. I have closed on several deals since attending the meetings. I have no reason to be fearful. I know Joe is there to guide me. Now I can say with confidence that I'm a CEO of a very prosperous business.

I signed up for Joe's coaching, and it was the smartest thing I could have done for my business. I learned a lot and Joe's training style is hands on. During his class I was able to find a Sub 2 deal and Joe walked me through the entire process. I would advise anyone who wants to take the fast track and speed up their learning curve to signup for Joe's coaching program!

DallasREIG is a vibrant REIG led by an energetic and visionary; Joe Boston. DallasREIG meetings are filled with great investor education, speakers, and investment opportunities. I've attended many REI Clubs in the metroplex; DallasREIG is by far one of the best!
